database miller2includes the surname Bull, etc. It is maintained by Robert E. Miller. The file miller2.fbc of 1/15/98 (1878 names) was converted to miller2.ftw by Family Treemaker for Windows (FTM) 4.0, and then exported to miller2.ged in PAF GEDCOM version 5.5 format. Not all fields have tags defined in FTM. 

To suppress information for living persons, the program gedclean (version 2.11) was downloaded from http://www.raynorshyn.com/gedclean/.   miller2.ged was copied to clean.ged, then gedclean was run with the simplest options: assume person is dead if birthdate is prior to 1898; otherwise assume the person is living.  By this criterion, 1011 persons were living, who are listed in clean.txt. A few errors were noted in clean.lst

The revised GEDCOM file clean.ged was processed on an a.out-compatible LINUX system  wwh.net, with GED2HTML LINUX ELF version 3.0b of 5/28/97, and  with custom files options3.g2h and custom3.g2h.  A few errors were noted in g2herrs.txt.

Database miller2 was submitted to Gene Stark's GENDEX and to Chris Perry's GENMATCH.
